What is the legitimacy of AlwaysConnected.eu as a partner to KPN?

We are looking to purchase 80 simcards for our business, and AlwaysConnected.eu offers the service we want and mentiones that it will be serviced through KPN and Vodafone. Can someone please confirm the legitimacy of the partnership between alwaysconnected.eu and KPN?
