Hello.  What kind of documents do I need to purchase a SIM ONLY subscription?

Hello @agusia07x,

 if you are a foreigner with no dutch identifaction document you can purchase a sim only contract only at a KPN store.  You also need a document called: "basis registratie personen". This document can be acquired by contacting the city ​​Hall of the town you life in.
