Which documents do I need to purchase a phone?

Hello I would like to know because online purchase of a subscription is rejected I read on the forum that I can purchase but stationary I have a Polish ID card, a Dutch ING account and on Thursday I will have a BRF document and my question is will these documents be enough? Second question if I purchase stationary will I receive the phone immediately or will I have to wait?

You can get a subscription at a KPN store near you. If you want to get a subscription with a phone, you'll need your European ID card or passport, a Dutch bankaccount with debitcard, and a BRP. Without BRP you can only get a Sim Only.

As for the question whether you'd be able to get the phone immediately depends on the availability of your preferred phone.
