Why are calls directed to Voicemail after 2 rings?

Hi ​
If you do not accept the call, your mobile phone will switch to voicemail after 20 seconds.
This period is fixed, you cannot change this to a longer period.
You can switch off voicemail by calling 12339 or send a text message UIT to 1233.
