Wrong delivery address for mobile phone

Unfortunately it isn't possible to change the address after you have placed the order. I understand the phone is already on the way. When it's a new subscription and delivery fails it will be sent back and the order will be cancelled as soon as it is returned. When you are renewing your subscription, someone else on the address can accept the delivery. If this is the case, I advise you to contact the current resident(s) and ask to deny the delivery or arrange that you can pick it up there.
