Experia box 12 rebooting constantly

Hello, Ever since i started my subscription I am experiencing my WIFI box constantly disconnecting, maybe up to 15 times per day. I am paying for a service that does not work properly and is beyond frustrating. Can someone please fix this?

If your connection is unstable the best way to get help is by calling us on 0800-0402, my colleagues there can take a look at your connection.
