I did not receive my modem and my subscription started

I subscribed for home internet in December, and I should’ve receive the modem kit by at last 31 of December. But I didn’t receive the kit and neither the track and trace.
My subscription already started, but I can’t use the internet because I don’t have the modem.
I NEED internet to perform my work at home, and I didn’t expect that would happen.
I need to know when my modem will arrive, at least know the track and trace for it.
I’m considering giving up and come back to my previous provider.

Hi ​@Raduan, welcome to the KPN Community. I understand you want your installation package asap. Normally, you would have received this at most a few days before the start date of your subscription. If this did not happen, and you also did not receive a track and trace code, then it seems there has been a mishap. The quickest way to get this sorted is to contact our customer service, then we can check on the status and send out a replacement package. Have you contacted us? You can reach us through our Call me Now/Later feature or reach out via one of our socials (Facebook / X).
