I am trying to access the admin panel settings but I keep being locked out. After resetting, there is a brief period where I can use the default admin password at the back of my KPN Box 12. after changing the password to one that I choose, it works fine. BUT as soon as there is internet connectivity, the admin password changes and I am locked out. I assume this is done by KPN. I would like access to the admin panel please, as I want to change the wifi name, password etc.

Hi i think it is possible to reset the modem using your online account at kpn.com. I guess there is an online copy off your config. Reset using your account should also remove this config.
