My admin password to log in to the Box 12 doesn't work

I tried to log in into KPN box12 with admin password to switch off wifi 6 (my older devices can’t log in to wifi), but admin password doesn’t work. Tried all combinations including scanning the QR. Can you please advise. Thank you

Hi @prda 

Did you install the KPN Box 12 yourself or was there a KPN technician present? Perhaps he changed the Admin password without telling you. In that case your only option is to perform a factory reset. This will reset the Admin password to the string mentioned on the sticker.

Press the Reset button (pinhole) for at least 7 seconds.
