After a restart my KPN Box 12 loses its stored settings

Hi,

My KPN Box 12, sagemcom modem, reset the configuration of the firewall, the status of wifi (set to off by config) and the admin password each time it is restarted ?

I don’t think it is normal … anyone else experiencing this issue ?

Hi ​@ObelixInNL, welcome to our community! It should'nt do that but we are going through some updates at the moment. If you get the new webinterface you'll know your box12 has the new software.

Well, I have the last version, I made a test, unpluging and plugin back the modem … and everything is reset again …. I think this box is toasted … how can I get it replaced ?

So you get the new KPN Software webinterface as mentioned in the last topic?

We can only replace modems when we're fairly certain they're broken. You can give us a call on 0800-0402 where my colleagues can asses this. On kpn.com/english you can schedule a callback appointment
