Problem with reseting modem to factory setings

hi, sorry for writing in english, last week i reset the modem to factory settings by presing the buton behind the modem and it worked fine, but for some reason i forgot the pasword so i wanted to reset it again to factory settings and now it doesnt work anymore, i have tryed with the small buton and with the app and both dont work.

Can you try the reset with this link: kpn.com/reset

How mani seconds have you putt on the reset button?Can you, if the link not works, try to putt on the reset button for 15 seconds?

    Hi Martijn,

    I figured out that the modem was not the issue, i could eventually log in by using edge browser instead of google chrome... that was the fix. For some reason with google chrome it didnt work anymore.
