Received a KPN Box 12 without a cable to connect the DSL

I’ve received the KPN Box 12, but the DSL cable was missing from the package. What should i do ?

Hi ​@Maycicek, welcome to the community. That cable should be present, but if it's not you can request a new one as JDD mentioned. A quick way to do that is to make a callback appointment on our site (bottom right). It's also possible to buy one in a local hardware store, that is even quicker because you don't have to wait for it to be send to you.

Ask one at the KPN or buy one they are not expensive.
