The red indicator light is active by Service and Internet on my Experia Box V11

Hi, 

From yesterday I have problem with wi-fi. On modem I have red lamps by service and internet. What I have to do?

If you already rebooted your modem and in case of fiber also your ONT, call customer service: 0800-0402

    The modem is now in Eco mode.
    Then you have no Wifi
    Hold the button on the side for 10 seconds or until the eco light goes off, and the eco mode is switched off again.

    The modem is not in eco, eco lamp is off. Service and internet are red…
