404 Page not found error when downloading KPN Veilig

Good morning.
I would like to secure my computer with F-secure from KPN.
Being logged in to MY KPN when trying to download F-secure I get a 404 Page not found message.
What could be the problem?

I can't reproduce this at the moment. Are you sure your internet subscription is connected to the KPN ID you use?
