Can't use 4G with prepaid databundle

Dear Marcia, I have the same issue in that, I just paid for a prepaid bundle for €14.99 to get 1000MB of Internet and 120 min of calls. But I don't have any 4g/Internet.

Welcome to our forum @Jahnabi Basumatary! Do you still have the same issue at this time? If so could you first try resetting the internet settings on your mobile phone? If that doesn't work could you check our prepaid app to see if the bundle has been activated? If you've done both those things and it still doesn't work please let us know here. Then we can investigate further! 🙂
