Hot to port Lebara mobile number to KPN

Hi,

I have a Lebara SIM card. How do I port my number to KPN? I do not find an easy way to do it. Please help.

Hello @Monika Dash, you want to order a prepaid or subscription from KPN? When you order a subscription, we ask if you want to port a number.
With prepaid, it goes a little different. You order the simcard and when you have the simcard you can ask KPN to port the number you want to keep.

    Hi @Monika Dash , what’s the problem you have? Did you already order a subscription with KPN?

    Porting the number is normally confirmed by you sending a sms JA to number 6688 when asked by KPN for it. Are you having problems with that? Lebara seems to block those special 4-digit numbers I've heard. In that case phone KPN via 0800-0402 where they can do the confirmation as well. Keep your customernumber at Lebara ready. You will be asked for it by the KPN employee.

    You can reach 0800-0402 on mon-friday  08.00 to 18.00 h.
