How do I cancel my prepaid mobile sim subscriptions?

I got to chat on the app and managed to cancel both pre paid sims.
all good now.

    Just use the "beltegoed" (calling credit) until it's finished. Otherwise it's a waste.

    To finish the prepaid just don't use it anymore. Six months after last use it wil be blocked, than you can no longer call yourself. Then 3 months later is it definitely stopped. So, nine (9) months after last use it definitely ends.
