Put your KPN Prepaid phone number and sim card number in PRIVATE fields of your community profile, so a KPN moderator can check the sim's activation status.

Where did you buy the SIM card? Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Hi! I have the SIM card for almost 2 years, and I didn't change my phone. It works perfectly fine unless if I try to call to any other country. I tried to call in Romania, Germany.

Over the past two years, I have tried all the settings, rebooting, etc. and nothing worked.

I recommend visiting a KPN store to explain your issue. They should be able to assist you. For a smoother experience, consider going on a weekday rather than the weekend to avoid long waiting times.
