Hello @Maryammadouei, welcome. When exactly did you order the prepaid bundle? Because when I check my systems, I see that your prepaid was turned into a postpaid (subscription) yesterday morning. If you ordered a prepaid bundle just before posting this message, it's no wonder that this did not work. In which case, your money should be returned to your bank account within two weeks.
