KPN Prepaid, unable to activate simcard in India

I have bought a kpn prepaid sim in NL but I have not activated it in the Netherlands. I am now in India and desperately need the card activated. I have tried sending messages or to call *107# to activate it but it doesn't work. is there a way to activate the card from abroad?

Hi @RP Singh

You cannot do this yourself. That only works when you are in the Netherlands, connected to the KPN network.

Put the phonenummer (06xxxxxxxx) and the simcardnumber (iccid) in your forumprofile.
Use the field "Persoonlijke opmerkingen” (only visible for you and KPN) and save your input by pressing “Sla wijzigingen op” at the bottom of the page.

Report back here when you have done this, then a moderator can activate it for you.
