No 4G when travelling to Germany

Yesterday I arrived in Germany but my prepaid SIM card doesn't activate 4G. Could someone help me?

It’s unfortunate that the internet isn't working in Germany. I do see that you're connected to a network. Is roaming enabled on your device? And have you tried manually selecting other networks?

In Germany, you can choose from:

Telefónica Germany
Telekom Deutschland
Vodafone
EMnify

Could you please try these?

Hi @Mateus sh

Did you use the prepaid sim card in the Netherlands before you went to Germany? A KPN prepaid sim card needs to be activated by connecting to the KPN network first before taking it abroad.
