Prepaid card not working

Where are you? A prepaid simcard is activated in the Netherlands by connecting to the KPN network and making one (short) phonecall. Outside the Netherlands this doesn’t work, then you’ll need help from a KPN moderator. Place the 06-number and simcardnumber in your Forum profile . Use the field “Persoonlijke opmerkingen” for that. Then they can activate the simcard for you.
