Which new bundles for prepaid? And can't call to foreign countries?

Hello. I bought KPN prepaid sims to all my family a month ago.

  1. I also paid for Call+Inet bundles, calls work but internet works in a wierd way: daughter has internet and displayed consumption in app, my wife has internet but no consumption displayed, I don`t have both. And it`s time to byu new bundles, but I don`t want to pay for the same staff.
  1. And we all can`t make calls to the other countries, neither EU, nor others. Whats wrong with it?

Welcome to our forum @Andrii D! You can use the prepaid bundles in the entire EU, Andorra and Switzerland. So that shouldn't be the problem. Could you confirm that you have roaming on? And could you let me know which bundles you bought? Also could you add both numbers to your profile? And let me know which ones show the consumption and which don't?
