Internet isn't working, today is the activation date

Hello! My contract for internet 50Mb/s is supposed to start today 05/12/22. I attached the router directly to the socket in the meters box but I am still getting the Internet green light blinking. On the app it says that my Internet should he activated. I really need Internet for work and this delay is causing me issues. How can I see if from KPN side it is all ok?

Hi @Borto_, welcome to our forum. As soon as the connection is ready to be installed, you'll receive a text message. Did you get that text? If the activation date is today, it can happen anytime today, it doesn't have to happen early morning. 

If you did get said text, have you tried the other port on the IS/RA-point? If you still don't have a signal after that, it's best to call us at 0800-0402, so a colleague will be able to check the situation with you.
