One of my SuperWifi2's doesn't work anymore

Hi Team,

I have 2 Super Wifi and one of them has stopped working since a week. I have tried all the options provided in different forums.

The light blinks Green for 20 seconds and then the Green light is gone. No light blinks after that.

Please help.

If you look on your phone does the superwifi punt also not show up?

One of the possibilities is that the indication LED is simply turned off, you can toggle this light with the WPS button on the back.

We also have a knowledge base with everything there is to know about superwifi punten:

If the device is in fact defective and within warranty (2 years) you can take it to one of our physical shops, please bring your receipt.
