If you have an abonnement from Odido then they need to make a ticket for KPN. You can’t contact us yourself.,

KPN will then call you immediately, or at a time that suits you.

I try to fix it when KPN internet starts to lost connection many time per day. And then change provider to Odido they made a Ticket to KPN fix it cable and after 10 days still i don't have answer .

I have now 2 internet subscriptions Odido is not activated and they told me ask for KPN for help to fix it, because they can’t do nothing….
