KPN Box 14 and Nokia OTP: constant green connection light

Hello!
I recently moved houses, and made an upgrade from 1gb connection to 4gb.

However, since I received the new equipment and installed, my experia box has an orange power light, and a green wifi light.
and my OTP nokia box (from kpn) has a green power, blue data light and a blinking connection light.

From documentation that I could found this means that the ONT is syncing, but not authenticaded.

I have already schedule a technician visit to Monday 24th, however is this something that I could fix myself by going into the settings of the kpn v14 box?
I already did the usual, checked my connections, re-plugged, even opened the fiber plastic box on the wall to make sure everything is in the correct place.
Did a factory reset on the experia box, and turned off the OTP for at least 1h and turned back on.

I’ll be extremelly mad if this is something that a technician ONLY can perform, and is basically clicking 2 buttons on an UI and placing a username and password, that I could have done it myself.

Please help!!!

Thanks in advance

Hi @Mogueno,

a blinking connection light means something is up with the fiber connection. Could be that the ont hasn’t been activated properly, or something else down the line.

good to hear that you’ve already booked an appointment with a technician! He is able to activate it or check why it isn’t working! You did everything you could do yourself, so you have to wait for the technician!
