I’m trying to use the WiFi manager, we just installed the new Box12 with 2 Super WiFi extenders, but the tool doesn’t seem to be working.

Our WiFi is however working fine, we moved the super WiFi extenders to different floors and would like to reconfigure them.

Is this a problem on our end or the tool?

We don’t have any other modems or extenders in the house.

Just to be sure, you are using this link to the WIFi manager? In the meantime, what would you like to fix/configure? Perhaps I can think of another way to do this.
