Transfer mobile number from business to personal

I am struggling to find the right help to get a KPN Business Number Transferred to personal ownership.
I have been given this form but in the section where it asks for our existing customer number, I complete the field and it tells me the customer number is incorrect. However, it is written exactly like is on the invoice. It seems like this filed is requiring an 11-digit number but our customer number is 10-digits.

Can someone please help?

If it's really not working online, it's also possible to visit a KPN store ​@ineedhelp. There they can perform a contractovername, if you provide them with all the customer information of the company and yourself (valid passport, et cetera). This is where you'll find our stores: KPN winkel

When you used the ‘contractovername’ form, did you select ‘zakelijk’(business) for the current subscriber, and ‘privé’(personal) for the new subscriber? Like this?

The customer number of MKB EEN is 6-digits, the customer number of small business is 10-digits and the customer number of small business mobile is 11-digits.

Thank you for your response. Clearly we are a small business account as we have a 10-digit number. DO you know if I am following the correct process for by attempting to fill out this form? As i mentioned previously, when I enter our customer number exactly as per our invoice, it tells me the number is incorrect.

@ineedhelp In MijnKPN (WEB or App) you can choose a product, choose a mobile subscription and then invoices. In the invoice you can see the customer number, in the header should be “Factuur KPN Mobiel” and not “Factuur KPN thuis”. You put this customer number and mobile number in the takeover form.

In my invoice I have the following items in the header. I am trying to use Klantnummer during this process. 

 

Contractant

Klantnummer

Debiteurnummer

E-mailadres

Factuurdatum

Factuurnummer

KPN rekeningnummer

Uw rekeningnummer

Vragen over uw factuur
