Does KPN support connecting fiber directly to the SFP+ port of a Flint 4?

Sorry if my English is not so great…

I have Flint 4 router  that have SPF+ plug…
Is there KPN support to use fiber cable direct to “black box” installed on wall for optic internet, as replace for CAT cable?
I current sitting on 10m of OM3 cable with no usage of it, at all. 
Getting other type of optic cable is no issue, if can replace CAT from black-box to router to use SPF+ port
Or there is some known way to manage this?

Hi ​@MatijaD, I'm personally not familiar with a Flint router. But you can use your own modem and/or NT/ONT with our connection. As KPN our options to help are limited, but other users might be able to help you.
