Port forwarding not working KPN Box 12

Hi!

I’m using KPN Box 12 and I want to set up port forwarding for my application.

However, it’s not working, as I used tool such as canyouseeme.org to check the port and it shows that the port is closed.

Below shows my configuration for port forwarding.

In External host, I filled in the public IP of my router.

In Internal host, I filled in the local IP of the device where my application runs.

In Internal Port, I filled in the port of the local device where the application is listening to.

 

I have shut down the firewall, and I can successfully ping my device through other device in the same local network.

 

Please help me with this issue.

My Dutch is poor, please kindly use English.

De External host geeft aan welk ip-adres gebruik mag maken van deze Portforwarding.

Daar zet je dus één extern ip-adres die toegang krijgt of een * als ieder extern ip-adres dat mag.

Google translate:

The External host indicates which IP address may use this Portforwarding.
There you put one external ip address that gets access or an * if any external ip address is allowed access.
