I also have the same issue as the original poster. I checked the website given by KPN support to set up an extra WiFi network and it says you go to the left after logging in and click on “WiFi Network” but there is none. There is only “WiFi settings” and there is no option for “Extra WiFi network”. Perhaps the page has been updated after the instructions has been written?

Hello @Ellel

You should leave the Wifi on the EB V10 off.

You can make an Extra Wifi network on the Superwifi extender:

I suspect I have the same issue as many other posts on the forum - my Tapo cameras and Honeywell thermostat suddenly stopped connecting to my wifi after a KPN update back in January. Laptops, phones are connecting okay, although the connection drops quite randomly, which is also annoying, but at least it’s connecting.

I have tried to reset and restart the thermostat, cameras and the modem multiple times, but they still do not connect to the wifi.

That is still the old firmware and there is no "Extra wifi network" in that firmware.

I see that the wifi on the V10 has been switched off. Do you use "super"WiFi accesspoints?

Yes, I have one super wifi thing, which is meant to be an extender I think. That’s the small, round, black device right?

I didn’t make any adjustments to the settings, by the way. It just suddenly stopped connecting overnight.

Should I turn the Wifi on in the On/Off configuration?

I assume the "super"WiFi is connected to the V10 with a network cable ... Correct?

Can you determine the IP address of your "super"WiFi and login on that IP address?

On the V10 you should leave the wifi off.
