I have no mobile coverage in the USA

Hi, 

My KPN card is not connecting to nearby data service networks so I have no coverage for SMS, calling or data. I have purchased additional data packages and they have not worked, it still says SOS data coverage only. I have checked my phone settings, checked my SIM card and there is no issue. I am unable to call the KPN service number line as I do not have any mobile network. 
 

I have an iPhone Max 13 Pro and I am in the city where there is good coverage

Hi ​@Rena xx. Welcome! Sorry to hear that you have no signal with your KPN SIM card, even though you're in an area with good coverage. It's good that you've already checked your phone and SIM card for any issues. Have you tried manually selecting a different network provider through your iPhone’s network settings? In the topic below, we explain step by step how to do this.
