End Of Contract - Don't Renew

My contract is coming up to its end and I don’t wish to renew it as I’ll no longer be at that address.

I don’t want it to automatically renew, how can I prevent this and make sure it ends at the date expected and what steps do I need to take further than that?

After the end date of the fixed period of your contract every month it will be extended by one month untill you terminate the contract.

That doesn’t answer my question, I already assumed it would keep extending automatically which is why I am posting here.

I am asking what I need to do to stop that from happening and end the contract at the designated expiration date.
