Internet stopped working after power outage

Good morning,

We had a power outage yesterday and  since then I cannot restart my router. The internet light is green and blinking.

What I have tried (all several times, and without any success)

  • Restarting
  • Resetting
  • Disconnecting cables
  • Disconnecting wifi
  • Calling service numbers - no answer 

can you help troubleshooting?

Hi @Inga75, welcome to our forum. You've tried a few things, but it hasn't helped yet. Do you have a DSL connection or fiber? It it's fiber, what do the indicator lights on the fiber box do?

It could be something didn't come back online after the power outage. But with the current info it is hard to say what, since you don't have your details on your forumprofile.

The quickest way to proceed is what huistijger already mentioned, by calling us you'll speak with a colleague who will be able to check the connection with you and determine the next step.
