Subscription started but the "glas light" is not on and meterkast is outside my apartment

I moved to a new place and got a new subscription with KPN.  Internet delivery started on 16th May, I have Wifi signal, but there is no internet connection. On the glasfiber box „glas” light is not on.

My meterkast is far outside my apartment, in a building corridor. The fiber installation is from reggefiber (so KPN now?). There is my neighbours apartment between me and where the modem and glasfiber box are. I have a LAN cable contact in my apartment but the internet doesn’t work there either.

I called the customer service immediately on the 16th, they said they will get back to me but nothing happend after. I need to work the next few days from home and really need internet connection, otherwise I will have a lot of problems,

Can someone help please? Why is the „glas” light not on and does the fiberglas box need to be directly connected to the modem? Can the modem be in a different room?
