I'm missing the small fiber box, when will I receive it?

Hello! 

 

I have subscribed to KPN recently and just received my modem after they have installed the optic fiber in my building. 

 

However, as seen on the installation guide, I am missing the small black box that slides in and connects to the small white optic fiber box on my wall which should be the connection point or aansluitpunt.

 

Is that an order mistake or will I receive it later?

Hi @JeremieR! Good question. Is the fiber already active and does your contract state that you'll be connected to fiber as well? If so, then check our page on installing and connecting your fiber connection. 
Just to make sure that the instructions for your specific fiber box are correct and it isn't already ready to use for example.

If you do have the type of box that needs the extra box (NT), then I'd advise making a call appointment with us about this. The box should’ve been in your installation box with your modem. If it wasn't there then my colleague can help get one to you!
