My wifi is not working, and the Box 12 reboots

Hello, I was travelling for about 5 weeks and when. Icame back I noticed that the Wi-Fi isn’t working, and my KPN Box (Experia 12b) has the internet, power, and TV all green, but my Wi-Fi is turned off, it stays like that for a few minutes then everything turns off for a few seconds, then power goes red again, and the cycle repeats.

 

I tried manually resetting the box, resetting the box online via KPN, nothing helps. Any idea how I can fix this?

It could be a faulty poweradapter, there is a batch which give the same symptoms after being in use for a while.

Thanks, that makes sense.
I tried the link, but like many of the services on KPN website, they’re all giving me “an error happened, try again later”.

That's unfortunate, you can call customer service 0800-0402 for malfunctions that should be 24/7, just say you have a malfunction (or storing).

Thank you, I called customer service, I went to the KPN store and got a new adapter and my Wi-Fi works again!
