I am using the password from the back of the extender and it does not work. Howevefr I am able to login to my KPN 12 Modem web interface with teh Admin user.
How to login? Also my Wifi Extender's SSID is not visible so I can't connect from laptop / mobile to my Extender. So even though I have 2 extenders but I can nto make use of them.
Please help.

Ah, okay. Then your SW2 has recently received an update, and you'll need to set it up again. The best way to do this is to connect it with a cable and then use the reset button. Keep the SW2 connected for at least half an hour. Repeat the procedure for all SW2s in your home.
