It's the admin password, you had to think of one.

Did you take the password of the unit blinking blue. They all have different passwords but the blinking one is where you get the password from.
In the end I had to factory reset everything and have it working now.
fwiw the whole thing is really flaky. The problem started with everyone being denied access to the wifi, with an “incorrect password” message being shown. After reseting everything, the same password still works.
