Cannot log in to Super Wifi with the password from the back of the Super Wifi

The Thuis app asks me to log in to my super WiFi. I have copied the password from the back of the super WiFi but it says the password is wrong.

the password is definitely correct and it is definitely the super WiFi.

In the end I had to factory reset everything and have it working now.

fwiw the whole thing is really flaky. The problem started with everyone being denied access to the wifi, with an “incorrect password” message being shown. After reseting everything, the same password still works.

It's the admin password, you had to think of one.

Did you take the password of the unit blinking blue. They all have different passwords but the blinking one is where you get the password from.
