Dear Community,
I have 2 superwifi devices in the house. The first one is connected to Ethernet, right next to the modem. The other one is one floor above, connected without cable. Today the second device started to light in purple and there was no internet on that area. I tried to reset both wifi points and the modem as well, but that didn’t help: the light was on with red (the first device is still working well, there is internet on that area). After resetting just the second device on the first floor, it was with purple light. When I tried to connect it with the ethernet cable to configure, after that it turned red again.
Do you have an idea, what would be the solution? I would need to fix this urgently, as I am working from home a lot. thanks!
