Wifi with Superwifi punten keeps disconnecting every 10 seconds

hi,
i have a black modem and and after maybe 10th or 12th resetting the moden and superwifi. now it is working.
how i did; i was resetting the superwifi until i see that purple light so factory reset.
then i was resetting the modem also until i see flashing lights. then when i have a stable wifi on the modem, then i was connecting the superwifi to modem with ethernet cable.
then i was waiting until i have a stable green light on superwifi.
finally then I was moving the superwifi aproxx 2-3 meter away from the modem. 
thats it, i repeat this circle like 10 or more than it is worked.

I have the same problem as well. I linked Superwifi to the modem correctly by following the instructions but it keeps disconnecting every 10 seconds or more. It is super annoying and I don't have a stable internet connection on the first floor. The modem is KPN box 12 and superwifi2 (black one).

I’m a new kpn customer and it's really frustrating.

as i said I resetted the superwifi (with purple light) and also the modem itself ( there is a small hole behind the modem). I repeat the resetting maybe 10 or more times then suddenly i had a stable internet.
i advise you to try.

I'd like to add to this that the superwifi can need up to half an hour to update. It is recommended you keep it connected by cable for half an hour during installation.
