Continued problems with white KPN SuperWifi

Dear members,

I have been having problems of one of the two KPN wifi points (Super wifi points white one) in my home for last 4-5 months. I have tried to restart i & reset it multiple times (using help from this community) but every time I move it to the its original location (second floor) after re-configuring it, it goes from green light to no light. I have also tried to change the position of the first wifi point that is connected with the KPN modem (on the first floor) through a wire but unfortunately the problem remains.

I think the issue is with this wifi point and would like to get it replaced by KPN. Does anyone know how can I do that? Thank you for your help on this.
