SuperWifi points are not working, after removing the cable the light turns red

Ook ik heb dat probleem. Het is ontstaan nadat ik het wachtwoord voor de KPN Box 12b heb gewijzigd, moet dat ook bij de Super Wifi 2.0 gebeuren en hoe doe ik dat?

Hey ​@aza, ik zag dat je hier een eigen, ouder, topic over hebt, maar dat het daarin niet tot een oplossing is gekomen. Ik zie dat mijn collega je een belafspraak had aangeraden. Was dat nog gelukt? Zo ja, wat is daar uitgekomen?

Ik heb nog geen contact opgenomen, zoek eerst zelf nog even verder.

Heel attent, dat u de gesprekken in de gaten houdt.

We have exchanged the super wifi point 2 times and still there is issue . 

minimum 20 times we have done plug -unlpug , set reset of MODEM and Super Wifi separately.

This is not working at alll.

Support team asked me to BOOK PAID Appointment of 100 Euro for fixing the problem.

my question here is Why I should pay for the problem whcih KP is facing since 3 4 year sfor almost every customer.

On call, team give us instruction which can be given by CHAT GPT also and also from the page .

I need solution to the problem and not the steps of Configuration.
