SuperWifi punt light is flashing purple

Hello, I hope it's ok to ask in English as Dutch is not yet good enough. 

We have a Super Wifi. Since yesterday the purple light is flashing. I have clicked the buttons on the device to reset but it doesn't do anything. I kept it off overnight but issue is not fixed.

Looking at the question library it says it's connected to non-KPN network which I don't know how is possible since we only have ONE network and it is KPN. I also see advise to reconnect with KPN network but no link or explanation how to do it.. It would be great to have a bit of detailed help.
