Wifi works only via SuperWifi, not via the modem

Hello,

So I was trying to fix/reconnect the SuperWifi points as none seem to be active, and I followed the steps from KPN. Now they each work but only one by one, connected by cable, otherwise they turn red.

Also, the modem does not provide wifi anymore (the wifi light is off), instead we have wifi only when a Super Wifi point is linked via cable to the modem.

Can someone help? How to get back the wifi to come directly from the modem, and more importantly, how to connect a second/third SuperWifi? Again, following the KPN steps, I manage to reconnect them, but once I unplug the cable, it goes red and unrecognized.

Hi ​@Chris Serato, I saw you also replied in another topic and my colleague Thomas helped you there. Have you scheduled it, and have you had contact that way? Via phone this usualy is the quickest to discuss.
