We have the same issue - started 2 days ago. Connection is unstable, drops out 10+ times a day and other times will selectively load webpages. I see quite a number of people posting about the same issue on the KPN boards. Is anything being done about this?

Hello ​@CBAmsterdam, have you tried using our Online Service Tool to test the connection? This might help to resolve the issue already. If it doesn’t, the best next step is to schedule a callback appointment. A colleague will call you at a convenient time to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
