Mac has unstable connection, while rest does have stable connection

Hi ​@Denise from KPN ​@J Hanchett,

I have the same exact issue. My Mac has unstable internet connection, especially when on Zoom, while we have a Windows PC in the flat which has no connection issues whatsover. Same with the phones, they work just fine, it really seems this is an issue with Macs and the KPN routers.

Is there anything I or KPN can do?
