Moving to a new place, how can I arrange this?

Hi,

I am currently using KPN as my internet provider and I’m moving to a new place today. I would like to get some help in changing my internet connection to the new place. I tried calling the tool free number a few times but it couldn’t connect me to a customer care executive. Is there any other way I can do this?

You could go to one of the many KPN shops, look at kpn.com/winkel where to find one. If that is not an solution for you then you should try to call 0800-0402 back. After waiting for a while you should be connected to one of the customer service agents. 

I think you can also do it online yourself at https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/verhuizen.htm
