Hi, I hope you can help with the following. I ordered internet only (glasvezel) with start date 15 May 2024 at my new adress. I did not have a KPN subscription before. I got the box, but no SMS or email with my customer number or subscription number yet or any other information when the subscription will start.
Also, I noted that the glasvezel connection in the meter box looks weird. Hence would like to book a monteur. But cannot do that without a customer or subscription number since I cannot link my contract in the app. On the contract document itself there is also no contract, customer or subscription number mentioned.
